RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts 30 days, meaning you have 30 days from the date of your order's initial delivery to return your item(s) to us. 

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Please notify us of your intent to return by emailing us as soon as possible, providing both your order number and reason for return.

 

If 30 days have gone by since your date of delivery, then we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The following circumstances are also exempt from being returned:

 

  • Any item(s) that is not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

  • We are unable to replace or refund postage on orders where the delivery address has been entered incorrectly by the person who placed it.

 

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and packaging costs for returning your item(s); your refund total will only include the cost of your purchased products — it will not include your order's initial shipping or return postage costs.

Please send your return parcel to us using a recorded, tracked or insured method, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

If you send it back to with via an unrecorded, untracked or uninsured method, then we are not liable should it go missing — and, subsequently, can't issue a refund.

REFUNDS


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (usually within a further 3 to 5 business days).


If you still haven’t received a refund after that period, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank / card company / payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


If you have done all of this but have still not received your refund, please contact us by sending us an email immediately.

EXCHANGES

 

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, please follow the same instructions found above in our Return Instructions.

 

Having received your refund – or before then should you feel comfortable doing so – please then place a new order, which we will get shipped out to you per our Shipping Policy.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order arrives and it's damaged in any way – or there has been a mistake on our behalf (i.e. the wrong items or sizes have been sent) – then we will refund your item(s), as well as the initial shipping and return postage costs.

 

In the case of a damage parcel, please take photos of the damage upon your parcel's delivery, then get in contact with us via email.

If your order's gone missing or there is a problem with tracking / delivery, then get in contact with us using the above email address, and we will do our very best to rectify the situation via the appropriate postal / courier service.
